Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how purchases of premium posts and any other paid features work on PostHub. Please read it together with our Terms of Service before completing any payment.

1. Scope of this policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid features offered on PostHub, including but not limited to single premium post slots, packages of premium post slots, top placement boosts and any other digital service we may offer in the future.

All paid features are digital services delivered electronically through PostHub. They are made available to your account immediately after a successful payment is recorded.

2. Acceptance of the Terms before purchase

Before completing any purchase on PostHub, you must read and accept our Terms of Service, including the rules on prohibited content. By starting a payment you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these rules.

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms of Service or this Refund Policy, please do not make a payment.

3. All sales are final

Payments for premium posts and other paid features on PostHub are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for the following reasons (this list is illustrative and not exhaustive):

  • You changed your mind after the purchase.
  • You did not publish the premium post you bought a slot for, or only used part of a package.
  • You did not achieve the traffic, leads, backlinks or other business outcome you expected.
  • Your post did not rank in Google or other search engines.
  • You forgot or are otherwise unable to use a slot or top boost before its expiration.
  • You accidentally bought the wrong package or quantity.

4. Your responsibility as the author

You are solely responsible for the content of any post you publish on PostHub, including all text, images, video, links, contact details, addresses and other information.

Before paying for a premium post, please make sure that your content fully complies with the Terms of Service, applicable law and the rights of third parties. PostHub is not responsible for any consequences arising from publishing inaccurate, misleading, infringing or otherwise non-compliant content.

5. Removal for policy violations

If a premium post (whether already paid for or in the process of being published) is found to violate our Terms of Service — for example, by containing hate speech, sexual or pornographic material, content promoting illegal drugs, tobacco products, or any other prohibited content — the post will be permanently removed.

In such cases:

  • The payment will not be refunded.
  • The removed post cannot be restored.
  • The premium slot used by the removed post is considered consumed and cannot be reused.
  • In case of serious or repeated violations, the user's account and all of their posts may also be permanently deleted, as described in our Terms of Service.

6. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge for the same purchase, or a charge that you did not authorise — please contact us within 14 days of the charge using the Contact us link in the footer. Please include the date of the transaction and any reference number from your payment provider.

We will investigate genuine billing errors in good faith and, where confirmed, issue a refund for the affected amount only.

7. Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights you may have under mandatory provisions of your local law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom and make a purchase on PostHub, please note that the paid features are digital services that are made available immediately after payment at your express request. By starting the payment, you acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal (cooling-off) once delivery of the digital service has started.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our features. The most recent version is always available on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of paid features after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
