1. Eligibility and age

PostHub is intended for adults only. You may register an account and publish content only if you are at least 18 years old (or older if your jurisdiction sets a higher age of majority).

Accounts are intended for: business owners promoting their own products or services; employees acting on behalf of their company with permission to do so; freelancers offering their services; and job seekers looking for work or clients.

By using PostHub you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account and data we store

To create and manage premium posts you need an account. We store only the minimum data needed to provide the service: your email address (used as your login and to send transactional emails such as password reset) and a securely hashed password.

PostHub does not use marketing or analytics cookies. We do not track you across other websites and we do not sell your personal data.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Prohibited content

You agree not to publish, upload or link to any content that is illegal under the laws applicable to you or to PostHub, or that falls into any of the following categories:

• Hate speech, including antisemitic, racist, xenophobic or otherwise discriminatory content.
• Sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive material, including content that depicts or sexualises minors.
• Content promoting illegal drugs, controlled substances, narcotics or paraphernalia for their use.
• Content promoting tobacco products, vaping or any other product whose advertising is restricted by law.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm or harassment of any individual or group.
• Content infringing intellectual property rights, including copyrighted text, images, video or trademarks you do not own.
• Malware, phishing pages, scams, pyramid schemes and any other fraudulent material.
• Anything else prohibited by applicable law.

4. User-submitted links and contact information

All links, contact details, social profiles, addresses and other information published in your profile or posts are added by you. PostHub does not pre-moderate this information and does not guarantee its accuracy, safety or legality.

PostHub is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from you or anyone else relying on user-submitted links or contact information, or from following such links to external websites.

If user-submitted information turns out to be fake, misleading, fraudulent or prohibited, both the affected content and the user account may be removed without prior notice.

5. Enforcement

PostHub may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, hide, edit or permanently delete any post that violates these Terms or applicable law.

If a user repeatedly or seriously violates these Terms, their account and all of their posts may be permanently deleted. We are not required to provide a copy of removed content.

We reserve the right to cooperate with law-enforcement authorities and to disclose user data when required by a valid legal request.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our features. The most recent version is always available on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of PostHub after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
